For future inquiries, the issue has been fixed.
You submitted an inquiry through this online form, and it is possible that we never received your inquiry. We truly apologize for your inconvenience and not responding to your inquiry in a timely manner.
Thankfully, we were able to download all inquiries made from the online form so your inquiry was not lost. We are processing all undelivered inquiries at this time, and will respond to your request within the next two weeks.
