1.   Roasted Chicken Salad Sandwich with scallions and honey Dijon vinaigrette on a large croissant                                                                 with red potato salad

2.   Grilled Vegetable Sandwich on onion focaccia with roasted garlic hummus and mozzarella cheese                                                             with couscous salad

3.   Slow roasted sirloin of beef with cracked pepper crust on sourdough bread with horseradish, sweet onion                                                     and Tillamook cheddar
