Federal Communication Commission Disabilities Rights Office - FCC's job is to be that people with disabilities, who are deaf or hard-of-hearing, or those with speech or vision or other disability, get the same chance as everyone else to telecommunicate.

Telecommunication for the Deaf, Inc - A deaf national organization that advocacy issues to address equal access in telecommunication and media for the deaf, deaf-blind, late deafness, and hard of hearing .

Captioning Center at WGBH - is the world's first captioning agency and a non-profit service of the WGBH Educational Foundation.
